INGREDIENTS:-1-Mango
1/2 Kg- Rice
1 1/2 Tsp- Salt
1/2 Tsp-Jeera Powder
4 Tbsp-Oil
1 Tsp-Jeera
1 Tsp-Mustard Seeds
1/2 Cup-Chana Dal
1/2 Cup-Peanuts
4-Red Dried Chilli's
4-Green Chilli's
Curry Leaves
1/2 Tsp-Turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS:-
Take A Raw Mango, Peel The Skin And Grate ,Keep A Side
In A Bowl Add 1/2 kg-Boiled Rice,1 1/2 Tsp - Salt, 1/2 Tsp-Jeera powder And Grated Mango , Mix
Well & Keep A Side
In A Pan Add 4 Tbsp-Oil And Add 1 Tsp-Jeera,1 Tsp-Mustard Seeds, 1/2 Cup-Chana Dal, Saute For
10 Seconds
Now Add 1/2 Cup - Peanuts,4 - Red Dried Chilli's,4 - Green Chilli's And Saute For 2 Minutes
Then Add Curry Leaves And 1/2 Tsp-Turmeric Saute For 10 Seconds
Further Add Already Prepared Rice And Mix Well For 5 Minutes.
